Compliance is not a restriction. It is the shape of a life without friction — the set of arrangements under which nutrition arrives, order holds, and tomorrow is delivered. These terms are not agreed to. They are enjoyed.

Full compliance entitles every citizen to complete nutritional provision, continuous Accord coverage, Custodian protection in all public spaces, and consideration in every allocation MAESTRO performs. No enrollment is necessary. Residence within a managed region constitutes participation, and participation constitutes the whole of what is asked.

Questions regarding individual compliance standing are answered before they are asked. If you have not been contacted, your standing is in order.
